About My Clients
I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults with a wide variety of concerns. My passion is in helping client identify and adjust to new roles throughout life.
My Background and Approach
Growing up, I had difficulty managing, communicating and expressing my emotions effectively. I chose this profession to empower clients to process events and express themselves in a healthy way. Being a counselor allows me to to be a positive influence on individuals I work with. I work from a client focused approach, treating clients for their unique and individual needs. I have a background in play therapy approaches, using expressive arts and play to work with children and adults. Using these types of techniques (using left and right brain in sessions) helps to solidify knowledge and growth attained in session. I use aa variety of techniques to interact with my clients and help them achieve goals.

I believe that everyone has the ability to make changes in their life, I work to empower clients to take charge.
