About My Clients
Do you feel weighed down by past experiences that seem to follow you across generations? Are you navigating life changes or questioning how your faith and spirituality fit into your healing? I know how heavy these struggles can feel, and I want you to know you don’t have to face them alone. Together, we can explore your experiences, process trauma, navigate transitions, and integrate your beliefs in a supportive space so you can build resilience, clarity, and emotional and spiritual well-being.
My Background and Approach
The approach I bring to therapy comes from years of training and experience helping clients just like you navigate trauma, life transitions, and spiritual or faith-related challenges. I am an MA, LPC Associate, NCC, supervised by Regina Buchanan, LPC-S, and I provide a trauma-informed, integrative approach tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll explore past experiences, identify patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical strategies to build resilience, clarity, and emotional and spiritual well-being. My goal is to give you tools you can carry with you—ways to process difficult feelings, manage stress, and feel more empowered in your relationships and daily life. I create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are validated and your goals are prioritized. By the end of our work together, you’ll feel more equipped to navigate challenges, process trauma, and move forward with greater confidence and balance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and reclaim their life, no matter what challenges they’ve faced. I value compassion, empathy, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, relationships, and spirituality. I am passionate about supporting women, survivors of trauma, and individuals navigating life transitions or spiritual struggles. I am committed to equity, inclusivity, and anti-racism in both my personal life and professional work. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, painting, and spending time with my family. I also actively support causes that uplift marginalized communities and advocate for accessible mental health care. I strive to model resilience and hope, and I want clients to feel empowered to do the same in their own lives.
