About My Clients
In sessions, I encourage clients to ask questions and to share therapeutic goals and expectations they may have. I also work with clients to identify circumstances, feelings, and relationships that they would like to explore. I am passionate about helping clients navigate and talk through the complexities of clinical diagnosis, negative self-image, and trauma. I am intentional about ensuring that my clients feel heard, understood, and welcomed.
My Background and Approach
Over time, we will uncover patterns that you experience with others and in yourself so that we can reflect on them and begin to create new ways of engaging in your life that allow you to feel more fulfillment and connection. I create a warm and non-judgmental environment for all clients to ensure that clients feel validated and supported.
