My Background and Approach
I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and self-esteem issues. I also have experience working with trauma, stress management, and boundary-setting. I use a blend of evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns and psychodynamic therapy to explore deeper emotional patterns and past experiences. I also incorporate strengths-based and person-centered approaches, ensuring that our work together is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I have had the privilege of helping individuals in several different settings and modalities throughout my career. I bring over 7 years of experience working with clients facing a wide range of mental health concerns.
