About My Clients
I work with adults and adolescents! Most of my clients are interested in somatic work, hypnosis, breathwork, parts-work, or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I enjoy helping individuals move from post traumatic stress to post traumatic growth! Common issues I work with include anxiety, self-esteem and self-worth, trauma, depression, inner-conflict, sleep issues, finding purpose or meaning in life, & infertility struggles.
My Background and Approach
Sometimes talking isn't enough and for that reason I love incorporating somatic work into therapy! I truly believe our body holds a lot of wisdom & the answers are within. I am here to help you get in touch with your inner wisdom. I take a collaborative approach and believe you are the expert of your life. I know therapy isn't a one-size-fits all and for that reason I like to pull from a variety of techniques and find what works best for you. I am here to hold a safe, judgement-free, space to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life, at a a pace comfortable for you. I will support you and offer you tangible tools along the way!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the therapeutic relationship is so important, and it's important to find a therapist that is a good fit for you! For that reason here's a little more about me as a person--I love traveling, learning, and experiencing new things! Some of my hobbies are camping, snowmobiling, spending time with family & friends, taking my golden doodle pup to the dog park, being in nature, meditating, breathwork, & DIY house renovations. I believe everyone has the potential to grow, to prosper, & to change. Therapy can be so helpful if you are feeling stuck or struggling with where you are currently at in life. I am a full supporter of meeting people where they are at! I am glad you are here, taking the first step, and I encourage you to reach out if it feels like it could be a good fit.
