About My Clients
I'm passionate about working with clients who want to improve their relationships and sex. Most often, I work with clients who want to overcome sexual challenges such as erectile dysfunction, low/mismatched libido, and sexual pain. Aside from sex therapy, I treat other general concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I also help clients work through trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My Background and Approach
Everyone is different and has different needs, so I tailor my treatment approach to each unique client. Some approaches I use in sessions are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EFT, EMDR, Gottman Method, feminist, IFS, and mindfulness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healthy, fulfilling relationships are one of life’s greatest gifts. I also believe that everyone deserves to have a sex life that is a source of joy and satisfaction. However, I realize that for so many, sex and relationships are a source of pain and heartache. My goal is to help clients work through difficulties in order to make these areas of life as best as they can possibly be. I strive to provide a comfortable, safe, and nonjudgmental space in which clients feel heard and supported. I am passionate about social justice and am proud to offer a space that is open and affirming to all.
