About My Clients
I work with people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or in transition—those navigating trauma, nervous system dysregulation, anxiety and depression, cultural and collective grief, or a sense that something inside is shifting. My clients are curious, reflective, and often searching for deeper meaning, embodiment, and a more authentic relationship with themselves, others, and the natural world.
My Background and Approach
I’m a somatic and depth-oriented therapist who works at the intersection of trauma, the nervous system, and the parts of us that long for connection, meaning, and change. My approach blends relational presence, body-based psychotherapy, trauma-informed touch work, polyvagal awareness, and curiosity about what emerges in the space between us. I specialize in supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, dissociation, identity transitions, cultural and collective grief, and moments of existential or spiritual opening. I’m trained in Trauma-Informed Relational Somatics, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), psychedelic preparation and integration, Gottman-informed couples work, and multiple approaches to mind–body healing. Whether we’re slowing down into sensation, exploring protective parts, or integrating a non-ordinary state experience, I offer a grounded, collaborative space that honors your humanness and the complexity of your inner world.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is relational, embodied, and inseparable from the world we live in. Our symptoms don't arise in a vacuum; they're shaped by culture, systems, family, ancestry, and the pressures of being human in an overwhelming time. I hold a liberation oriented lens and honor the impact of systemic harm, cultural conditioning, and collective trauma. I'm drawn to the liminal spaces, the thresholds, the transitions, the moments of spiritual emergence, the pull of creativity, and the places where logic alone cannot reach what you are feeling. I'm deeply connected to somatics, music, movement, consciousness exploration, and the wisdom of the body. Outside the therapy room, I'm passionate about music and sound healing, dance, DJing, nature, and studying the intersections of spirituality, neuroscience, and energy work. I believe in embracing our full aliveness, including grief, joy, mystery, and everything in between.
