About My Clients
I work with children and teens (ages 11+), adults, couples, and families. I work with those that may be navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and relationship or family stress. I also have experience supporting foster care, adoption, attachment-related concerns, and complex family dynamics.
My Background and Approach
I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University. My background includes experience in university disability services as well as several years working closely with children and families in foster and adoptive care. Since transitioning into outpatient therapy, I’ve focused on providing thoughtful, accessible mental health care that meets clients where they are. My approach to therapy is gentle, collaborative, and honest. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are while offering clear insight and guidance to support growth and change. I enjoy working with clients who are open to collaboration and ready to build insight, skills, and meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in meeting people where they are with compassion. My goal is always to tailor each experience to best fit my clients. I strive to be warm and understanding while also being as direct as I can in order to help people move forward. I believe in walking with clients to help them find their personal path forward. In my world, therapy is a judgement free zone that ensures all are welcome.
