About My Clients
You might be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns of self-criticism, or unsure how to navigate a relationship or what comes next. I work with adults and teens navigating these challenges, including first-time mothers adjusting to the emotional and identity shifts of pregnancy and early parenthood, as well as adults on the autism spectrum exploring identity, masking, and burnout.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and human. My style is collaborative and grounded in real conversation. We’ll take time to slow things down and make sense of what’s been coming up, so you can show up as you are without needing to have everything figured out. My goal is to create an affirming environment where you can gain insight, begin shifting patterns that no longer serve you, and build a kinder relationship with yourself. I draw from a relational and psychodynamic framework, so we’ll spend time understanding where these patterns come from and how they continue to show up. This includes looking at how your past experiences shape how you see yourself and relate to others. I also integrate CBT, DBT, and ACT when it’s helpful, especially if you’re looking for practical tools to feel more steady in your day-to-day life. I earned my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from NYU and am licensed in New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
