About My Clients

I work with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating relationship pain, difficult transitions, and mental health challenges. You might be caught in patterns that keep hurting or carrying weight that feels unbearable alone. What matters most is creating a relationship where you feel safe to show up authentically. Together we'll slow down, notice what keeps you stuck, and build something new.

My Background and Approach

I completed my Master's in Human Development and Family Science in July 2025, with a foundation in systems theory. This means I see your struggles not as individual issues, but as patterns shaped by relationships, families, and the systems around you. We'll explore how these connections influence who you are and how you navigate the world. My approach is collaborative and strength-based. I believe therapy isn't about fixing you, it's about reconnecting with your strengths and finding steadier ground. We'll work together to help you feel grounded, clear, and confident in your next steps. I'm direct and practical, focusing on tools you can use right now to create relief and build resilience. I'm particularly passionate about helping people navigate anxiety and relationship difficulties. Through our work together, you'll gain concrete techniques to manage challenging moments and develop patterns that actually serve you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people can hold multiple truths at the same time—you can feel stuck and be growing, feel afraid and be brave, hurt someone you love and still be worthy of connection. Life isn't black and white, and therapy shouldn't pretend it is. Patterns can be changed. The behaviors that once protected you but now hold you back aren't permanent—they're learned, which means they can be unlearned. Awareness comes with time and patience. You don't have to understand everything immediately; insight unfolds as you're ready to see it. I believe reaching for support is one of the most courageous things you can do. What you're feeling is profoundly human, and nothing about you is broken. I'm dedicated to inclusive, affirming care for all identities and backgrounds. I actively participate in community actions supporting marginalized communities and approach every person with respect and openness.
