My Background and Approach
I know how heavy life can feel when you are pulled in every direction. Maternal mental health, ADHD, anxiety, and big life changes can leave you feeling like you are constantly catching your breath. I have learned which tools actually work in those moments, and I want you to have them too. My goal is for you to leave with techniques that you can use anywhere to find calm, think clearly, and feel more in control. We will start with what is weighing on you most right now and break it into steps you can manage. I will help you understand what is happening in your brain and body during stress, and show you how to reset both quickly. You will not just get through the hard days, you will learn how to move forward with more confidence, more ease, and a clearer sense of yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are all capable of living a life that feels satisfying and true to who we are. Life can be overwhelming. In the middle of responsibilities, challenges, and unexpected changes, it is easy to lose touch with our values and sense of purpose. Counseling offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you, or even redefine it entirely. I see every person as capable of growth and change. Sometimes we simply need a safe place, the right tools, and a bit of guidance to find our way forward.
