I specialize in working with adults who have been diagnosed or suspect a diagnosis of ADHD. I work with each client to alleviate the shame that comes along with having a mind that works against the status quo and work WITH your diagnosis to make life work for you.

In a world where the next moment can not be predicted, I have worked with several clients who are dealing with the struggle that anxiety brings to their life. We work together using an IFS informed strategy to build a system to work with your anxiety and make it a companion rather than an enemy.

Self-esteem affects everything that we do, whether we reognize it or not. How we feel about ourselves directly affects how we show up in relationships, at work, or in our own minds. We can not escape what is in our mind, so I work with my clients to help make their minds and emotions a safe space to live in.

Sometimes words do not accurately express what is going on in our minds and emotions. Experiential therapy is a way of using hands-on tools like music and art to process and express those feelings. It also allows space to flex your creative muscle that will, in return, allow you to better learn to create solutions for the obstacles that life throws.

One-size-fits-all therapy can leave clients unfulfilled and wanting more. Every client that walks into the therapy office is walking in with a different issue, different cultural backgrounds, and different life-views. Because of this, I work with clients collaboratively to create goals and treatments that are catered to their individual needs.
