I specialize in personal/relational trauma, healthy sexuality, interpersonal relationship skills, attachment ruptures, and family systems. I am passionate about neurodiversity and cultural diversity in my work. I have experience working with individuals, couples, groups, and families from pre-teens through various stages of adulthood. I also am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I integrate principles of attachment theory to understand how early relational experiences shape our current patterns in relationships and our sense of self. I offer a deeply empathetic and kind therapeutic environment where we can explore these dynamics. While I strive to be direct and transparent in our work, I also maintain an open mind, valuing your unique experiences and perspectives. My goal is to help you build greater self-awareness and cultivate more secure and fulfilling connections. Taking the first step towards healing can be intimidating. All of us have profound experiences that shape us, but we may not know how to untangle them.
