About My Clients

I work with adults and couples navigating the lasting effects of trauma, difficult past experiences, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. You may find yourself repeating patterns, struggling to understand your emotions, or feeling stuck in relationships or in your own life. Together, we can explore how your experiences have shaped you, better understand your needs, and work toward meaningful change. You don't have to have it all figured out to begin.

My Background and Approach

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University. My experience includes supporting children and families in community and school-based settings, including those navigating housing instability and financial stress. This work shaped my understanding of how our experiences and relationships influence who we become. My approach combines psychodynamic and person-centered therapy with tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, DBT, and somatic therapy. I’m interested in understanding the patterns beneath the surface and how past experiences shape the present. I strive to balance empathy and compassion with curiosity and directness, creating space for honest reflection, deeper self-understanding, and meaningful change. Therapy is a collaborative process where we can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward more fulfilling relationships with yourself and others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that our experiences, relationships, and environments shape us in meaningful ways, and that understanding these influences can help us relate to ourselves and others with greater compassion. I value authenticity, curiosity, and creating space for people to feel understood without fear of judgment. I also believe that growth sometimes involves sitting with discomfort, asking difficult questions, and challenging familiar patterns. My hope is to offer a space where you can show up as you are, explore what feels complicated, and feel supported in moving toward a life that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
