About My Clients
Wondering if Therapy’s Your Next Move? Therapy can help if you’re : Overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or change Feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected Ready to understand yourself and cope better Looking to build healthier boundaries and relationships Seeking a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings If this sounds like you, therapy can offer space to pause, reflect, and move forward, at your own pace.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me isn’t about having all the answers or asking the “right” questions. It’s about exploring what’s beneath the surface, the hidden patterns of tension, overwhelm, and self-doubt that keep us stuck. Together, we’ll use a blend of practical tools and gentle, body-centered approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, humanistic principles, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation to help break free from old cycles and build new ways to feel steady and grounded. This work isn’t about quick fixes or perfection. It’s about slow, meaningful change, learning to listen to your body, trust your own voice, and create space for growth that feels authentic and lasting.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported as our full selves. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the mind-body connection. I value creating a space where clients can show up exactly as they are, messy, uncertain, and human... and begin to untangle the patterns that keep them feeling stuck. I’m passionate about nervous system education, mindfulness, and helping people reconnect with their bodies after long periods of stress or burnout. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, not clinical, a place to slow down, reflect, and grow at your own pace. Outside of sessions, I care deeply about access to mental health support and reducing stigma around anxiety and panic. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, including those in the LGBTQ+ community, and am committed to providing affirming, inclusive care. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and rooted in respect for each person’s lived experience.
