About My Clients
Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted? Maybe you're struggling with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, burnout, or a major life transition. While you may appear to have it all together on the outside, you may be battling overthinking, self-doubt, or difficulty setting boundaries on the inside. I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults to better understand the patterns keeping them stuck, build healthy coping skills, and create change.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy should feel like a supportive partnership where you feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for lasting change. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, strengths-based interventions, and mindfulness, I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll work toward helping you feel more confident, resilient, and equipped to handle life's ups and downs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are capable of meaningful change and growth at any stage of life. With the right support, new patterns can be learned, practiced, and strengthened over time. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck and build healthier, more effective ways of coping and responding. I take a trauma-informed, compassionate approach and strive to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and not judged. My goal is to support you in developing practical tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in your daily life.
