About My Clients
Now accepting clients for peer support groups, adult neurodiversity-affirming assessments, and clinical supervision. Individual therapy inquiries go to my awesome interns under my supervision. I work best with neurodivergent adults exploring late-diagnosed autism or ADHD, burnout, and life transitions—embracing sensitivity, intensity, and authenticity as strengths while building a life that truly fits.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in trauma therapy and autism- and ADHD-affirming care, blending lived experience as an AuDHD clinician with years of professional training. Clients often appreciate my collaborative, affirming approach that honors their sensitivity, creativity, and depth. Whether we’re exploring identity, processing trauma, or navigating burnout, I create a space grounded in curiosity and compassion. In addition to therapy, I provide adult neurodiversity-affirming assessments, immigration evaluations, peer support groups, and supervision for developing clinicians. My goal is to help clients reconnect with authenticity, build self-trust, and create a life that feels right for who they truly are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is deeply connected to community, justice, and self-understanding. My work is grounded in disability justice, relational ethics, and the belief that all parts of us, especially the messy, sensitive, or intense ones, deserve care and respect. I’m committed to being an abolitionist, anti-capitalist, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming clinician. I know I’ll make mistakes, but I value accountability and repair over perfection. Outside of work, I’m passionate about neurodivergent advocacy, creative expression, and reimagining systems of care that honor rest, authenticity, and interdependence. I bring these values into my practice by helping clients embrace their whole selves and reconnect with community in ways that feel safe, meaningful, and sustainable.
