My Background and Approach
I am trained in Gottman Method Level 1 Couples Therapy & I’m a Certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator. I’m a firm believer that when we know better, we do better. Relationships are no different. That’s why I strongly believe in the value of education, premarital counseling, proactive marriage counseling. Marriage is a journey of continuously learning about yourself and your partner. I know this from firsthand experience! I’ve been married for over six years and through different seasons in marriage - the honeymoon stage, supporting each other through career changes, moving to new cities, navigating relationships with extended family members, welcoming a new baby, navigating parenthood, and many more joys and hardships. Through all of these ups and downs we’ve evolved as individuals and as partners. At each new stage, there were new things to learn. I believe our most valued relationships are always worth the effort, commitment, and investment.
