I believe that many people go to therapy to find relief, whether that is through learning a new skill set or being able to express themselves to an empathetic listener. I am skilled at working with individuals who are facing difficult times in life and am able to help them navigate these issues no matter how big or small. We will work together the whole way.

I specialize in a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, primarily utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy practices. I believe that there are many different avenues for someone to explore in order to achieve overall wellness.
