As a wife & mother of four, I am passionate about helping others find ways to create a healthy & successful work-life balance. I provide integrative care based on the needs of the individual, couple, or family. I am trained in several different treatment modalities which allows me to blend elements from different theories and interventions to customize my approach based on the needs of the individual, couple, or family in order to achieve their goals.
