About My Clients
"Mostly it is loss which teaches us about the worth of things." ~ Schopenhauer, 1788-1860. You may be dealing with grief, anxiety, depression and or struggling with life transitions. This can cause a lot of different emotions such as denial, avoidance, fear, need to control everything, anger, guilt, hopelessness and or shame. Mindfulness practices as well as evidenced based theories can help you learn, heal and grow. I look forward to being on your therapeutic journey with you.
