I truly believe that empowered people can face any challenge that comes their way. My Background and Approach
I've worked in counseling industry since 2011 from non-profit organizations, federal/state agencies, psychiatric hospitals, higher education, outpatient programming, and in private practice. Working with adolescence, adults, and geriatric: youngest client 97 years of life addressing issues ranging from ADHD to the major mental health disorders, bipolar, and schizoaffective disorder. Currently in my private practice I work with those 18 and older with issues related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, work-life balance, and disability adjustments.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is to nurture while challenging you to your highest potential. In my practice, I mainly focus on a holistic and solution-focused approach to treatment. My practice is devoted in being a safe environment where compassion and being challenged is key. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, life transitions, workplace conflict, and common stressors. Helping people gain awareness, find solutions, and getting unstuck is my passion. My career is my passion.
