Tauna enjoys working with clients of all walks of life, especially individuals who want to take an active role in their treatment plan. She views herself as a mental health partner sitting in the passenger seat helping to navigate, with the client always being the one in the driver's seat.
My Background and Approach
Tauna has learned that many people erroneously believe that mental and physical health can be compartmentalized. She is passionate about helping people to achieve “total health” by assisting them to honor the connection between the emotional and physical impacts of life’s experiences. She believes that as a provider who is passionate about promoting total health, it is her duty and honor to provide a safe, judgment-free zone where patients can discuss their concerns in a positive environment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Tauna believes that one of the most important decisions that each of us makes in life is "Do I want to be happy?" Happiness often requires a conscious decision or commitment, and is a mindset that is harvested after it is sewn and nurtured with a lot of hard work and intention.
