About My Clients
I work with teens (12+) and adults who are navigating challenges such as OCD, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and the pressures that come with high expectations. I am especially passionate about working with individuals who struggle with perfectionism and performance anxiety. As a former Division 1 collegiate athlete, I understand the unique demands of competitive environments spanning from the classroom, workplace, and sports field.
My Background and Approach
My approach is grounded in helping individuals better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and build resilience in the face of daily stressors. In therapy, I aim to provide a supportive and collaborative space where we can explore challenges, gain new perspectives, and gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. Together, we will work toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in connection. We are wired for relationships, and meaningful change often begins when someone feels genuinely seen, heard, and understood. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or face things alone. Our work is collaborative—built on trust, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. When a safe, authentic connection is present, it becomes easier to explore challenges, take risks, and move toward growth. You bring your story; I bring support, perspective, and care. Together, we create a relationship that helps you reconnect with yourself and others in ways that feel more grounded and real.
