About My Clients
Are anxiety and stress holding you back from living the life you want? I see you: You’re hard-working, successful, and appear calm and put-together on the outside, but you feel overwhelmed on the inside. You often feel exhausted, stressed, and have difficulty relaxing. The idea of work-life balance seems impossible and elusive. Your mind races with the tasks on your never-ending to-do list, worries about the future, and self-doubt.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in anxiety. I know that feeling more at ease, more confident, and having improved balance in your life is not out of your reach. I can teach you tools to feel calmer from within. It's possible to be successful in your career without sacrificing your relationships, personal life, and happiness. I can help you uncover the roots of your anxiety, work towards feeling good enough from within, and improve your work-life balance so you can have improved relationships, productivity, and mental health. It’s possible to have relief from anxiety, stress, and burnout, and I want to help you understand exactly how it can be done. I do this by providing compassionate, non-judgmental support, along with education on techniques and skills grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Positive Psychology.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that achievement and success don’t have to come at the expense of your mental health. I know how important it is to get to the root of your struggles when you struggle with anxiety, and how important self-care and balance are to living a fulfilling life and having a successful career. I’m passionate about helping you feel calmer so you can heal from within. My therapeutic approach consists of: - Education to help you understand yourself and your mental health more comprehensively, so you can feel empowered to care for your own mental health well into the future. - Actionable guidance and support to help you integrate what we discuss during our sessions into your daily life. - Being an open-minded, non-judgmental, and accepting support for you (because I know talking about yourself and your emotions can feel uncomfortable, and I won’t push you to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing).
