About My Clients
I work with people who feel that their worlds are unraveling due to trauma/addictions and are isolated and confused. I can help relieve the chaos and help you reclaim your true authentic self. I'm uniquely equipped to create a path forward in healing. Together, we will grow in self awareness, explore repetitive patterns that are no longer serving you, and develop a deep self compassion through different seasons of life. We will learn to regulate our emotions and gain insight into root causes.
My Background and Approach
I strive to create a non-judgmental environment where clients feel accepted, seen and known. I believe the best therapists have the perfect ratio of empathy grunts, well-timed pauses, and genuine questions. (< life goal!) I work primarily with adults, couples, and individuals going through significant life transitions, suffering from issues related to intimacy, anxiety, trauma, addictions, shame, and self-esteem. My primary therapeutic approaches are existential-humanistic, person-centered, strength-based, and self-compassion. I also create an integrative and customized approach that fits the client’s personality and unique situation.
