About My Clients
As a holistic therapist, I am passionate about guiding fellow healers and wellness professionals, women in high-stress/risk work environments, creatives, and empaths to manage their anxiety, develop self-awareness, build emotional intelligence, and process trauma using a mind-body-spirit connection.
My Background and Approach
My style of therapy is relational, holistic, collaborative, and experiential. I prioritize being authentic, transparent, and developing rapport with my clients. From a trauma-conscious lens, I’ll explore your presenting issue with a gentle, intuitive, and affirming curiosity. Together we’ll identify your triggers, patterns, and beliefs, build emotional awareness and regulation, and examine the attachment styles throughout your family lineage. Using mindfulness-based and creative modalities such as MBCT, somatic experiencing, IFS, expressive arts, meditation, and trauma-conscious yoga, I’ll help you to explore the root of your pain and connect your mind to your body. My ultimate goal is to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth so you can reach a sense of internal peace, balance, and regulation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am committed to maintaining a culturally competent and liberated, social-justice oriented, and anti-oppressive practice. My services are a safe harbor for people who identify as intersections of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodiverse. I offer the flexibility of remote therapy sessions, and welcome new clients to my online practice. Outside of therapy, I enjoy yoga and meditation, reading fantasy fiction, traveling, and bonding with my husband and rescue pitbull.
