I'm here for those who are ready to work on increasing awareness, processing relevant past events, and building a life that is aligned with their values. I guide people to tune into their bodies, regulate their breathing, and strengthen intuition. I have an open, curious, and nonjudgmental approach as it is important that you feel safe and seen. My Background and Approach
My work has a mixture of western modalities (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, emotion regulation) as well as traditional and nature-based approaches (mindfulness, earthing). I treat a wide range of problems, but my specialties are traumatic stress (eg, sexual trauma, ancestral trauma, combat), depression, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. I also have a health psychology background and can assist people who have insomnia, chronic pain, or medical conditions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer, cis-woman, who is mixed race (Chinese and White) and a daughter of an immigrant, I know firsthand the complexities of growing up in a household of differing cultures as well as not aligning with heteronormative expectations. My practice is informed by valuable professional and personal experiences centered around growth, spiritual attunement, and community building. Uplifting the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities through joy, empowerment, and connection is an enriching part of my life.
