About My Clients
I work best with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My ideal clients are seeking a compassionate, collaborative space where they can process pain, gain insight, and build a more hopeful, authentic life.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s from Trevecca Nazarene University and advanced training in EMDR, Brainspotting, and other evidence-based therapies. I specialize in trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, and adolescent and couples work. As an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and certified trauma and grief specialist, I bring depth and experience to each session. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to help clients heal, grow, and reclaim a sense of hope and purpose.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of authentic connection, the resilience of the human spirit, and the importance of holding space for healing without judgment. As a breast cancer survivor, I value compassion, courage, and the beauty of growth through adversity. I'm passionate about mental health advocacy, trauma-informed care, faith-informed care, and creating hope-filled spaces for adolescents and adults. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, road trips, healthy connection with friends and family, tagging along while my husband explores his passion for landscape photography, and time with my husband and dogs.
