About My Clients
My passions within the therapy world are working through trauma, anxiety, body image, and exploring gender expressions and sexual identities. I enjoy working primarily with adolescents and young adults and I strive to be LGBTQIA+ affirming.
My Background and Approach
I chose to pursue a career in counseling to hold a space for individuals to feel safe in their mind and body. I integrate compassion-focused therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and somatic/mindfulness practices. I believe that all parts of us are good and deserve to be heard, seen, and loved.
