About My Clients
My clients come from a range of different walks of life and with various presenting concerns. I enjoy working with children/ teens as well as adults. Some of my clients come to me with anxiety, depression, trauma, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, and a range of other different presenting problems.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
