About My Clients
I have experience supporting people living with chronic conditions, processing trauma, experiencing anxiety and depression, relationship stress, and life’s curveballs. I work with partners and individuals from all backgrounds and identities, including 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, autistic folks, folks with ADHD, folks with PTSD, military spouses, and veterans, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where you truly feel seen, heard, and supported!
My Background and Approach
We all carry stories, some visible, some quietly tucked away. Life can throw sudden changes, invisible struggles, or seasons of overwhelm. It gets messy. It gets exhausting. I know how hard it can be to keep going when no one can see all that you’re carrying. Healing isn’t about having it all figured out, it’s about understanding your story, finding tools that actually work, & creating balance that feels right for you. I use a person-centered approach, tailoring sessions to your unique needs. I blend tools from CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EFT, & Gottman methods to help you navigate life’s challenges, manage stress, and strengthen relationships. No matter what brought you here—relationship challenges, trauma, chronic illness, military life, or just the everyday overwhelm—you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we’ll explore practical tools, build emotional awareness, & strengthen your trust & love for yourself!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique journey. I value authenticity, curiosity, and humor, and I strive to create a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I bring my own experiences navigating chronic illness and neurodivergence, which helps me deeply empathize with clients who feel overlooked, dismissed, or misunderstood. I’m passionate about empowering clients to love themselves, build confidence in their unique strengths, and embrace their differences! I believe the beauty of this world comes from how wonderfully diverse we humans are! Outside of therapy, I enjoy planning my next tattoo, singing way too loudly, and laughing at funny cat videos—a reminder that even amidst life’s challenges, joy, curiosity, and playfulness matter!
