About My Clients
I work with adults and couples ready to do meaningful work. Many are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, and the search for deeper self-understanding. Many of my clients are healing from painful experiences and want care that honors both mind and body. My approach is relational, intuitive, and respectful of each person’s worldview, and I make space for clients to feel seen and supported so that real change becomes possible.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience in mental health. I'm trained in EMDR for trauma, Gottman Method for couples therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I'm also a registered Kundalini yoga teacher, and I often weave breathwork, body awareness, and gentle movement into sessions to help clients connect with what they're carrying. For couples, I draw on the Gottman Method to support communication, repair, and meaningful connection. For trauma, I use EMDR to help clients process painful experiences in a structured, manageable way. I also integrate tools like Focusing and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to help clients connect with their intuition and inner wisdom. My approach is deeply relational, unhurried, and respectful of each person's unique worldview. I want clients to feel seen and supported so that real change can happen.
