About My Clients
Persons who are experiencing any deficit that is impacting their lives, in a negative way are my ideal clients. This includes self-esteem, anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship distress, and breaking generational curses (adolescents, adults, couples, and family). If you're interested in making changes to improve the quality of your life, I'm open to challenging you in these areas by providing a safe, non-judgmental, and unbiased holding space to address your self-identified goals.
My Background and Approach
I work from a strengths-based perspective, allowing individuals to be the pilot of their own lives, navigating the trenches of different terrain, until a safe landing. I utilize an electric style, tailoring each client's individual needs to the treatment offered. I am well versed in CBT techniques and mindfulness.
