About My Clients

I work with clients from all walks of life, but specialize in international populations, the LGBTQ+ community, and rural populations. My clients and I often work on issues of depression, trauma, and anxiety.

My Background and Approach

I do online counseling (telehealth) for anyone in the States of Georgia and Florida and utilize a variety of techniques, but primarily cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and stress reduction techniques to help you manage the difficult emotions around life circumstances and life changes. Let’s talk and see how I can assist you in these uncertain times in reaching your personal, relationship, and professional goals. I have lived overseas and worked with clients and students from various international, racial, ethnic, gender, and sexual orientation identities, from children to elder adults.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a former Asst. Dir. of Multicultural Student Affairs for a university, and believe strongly in diversity and inclusion, as well as in educational access for all. I have informed over a thousand participants on issues of diversity through workshops and trainings.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
