I believe that within all of us lies the capacity to heal and transform. Therapy is a form of self-care and offers 100% undivided focused attention. Whether you are navigating relationships, transitions, trauma, or stress; therapy can provide a container for you to lean in and uncover the power and skills within! I take a stance of curiosity and exploration. After a foundation of trust has been established we will be able to choose the techniques that work best for you and your particular goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that feeling good in your mind, body, and soul is a unique journey. Humans are multifaceted with a plethora of variables contributing to their current state. My belief is that we can use the murk to grow a lotus; finding your strengths within your challenges.
