I’ve spent more than a decade specializing exclusively in couples therapy, working with high‑achieving partners who want depth, clarity, and real change. My expertise comes from years of advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT), paired with thousands of hours helping couples understand and shift the patterns that keep them stuck.

My work is grounded in the science of how relationships function, & the Gottman Method offers decades of research that I use every day with the couples I support. I’ve completed advanced Gottman training & have extensive experience applying these tools to help partners communicate more clearly, repair after conflict, and rebuild trust. I integrate Gottman interventions with my emotionally attuned style so couples not only learn new skills but understand the patterns driving their disconnection.

I’ve completed advanced training in EFT and have spent years using this model to help partners identify their deeper needs, interrupt reactive cycles, and build a more secure bond.
