About My Clients
My clients are high-functioning adults who have experienced grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, adjustment issues, unexpected transitions, and health-related concerns. I have worked extensively in the medical field and have a passion for working with individuals including medical professionals and first responders experiencing compassion fatigue, burnout, and caregiver stress.
My Background and Approach
I use various treatment modalities in my practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am invested in helping my clients learn their own intrinsic worth and value. My goal is to start where you are and partner with you to help you embrace both challenges and successes you may experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate and practical in my approach with clients. I was raised in rural Kansas and have resided in Wichita for the past 25 years. I believe all individuals will face challenges as well as joys in their life. I provide a safe space to explore fears, discuss helpful tools, and guidance to help individuals build self-confidence, a positive send of self, and realize the values important to them.
