About My Clients
Are you doubting yourself or your relationship? Maybe it feels like you often get stuck in a cycle of anxiety and negative self-talk that you can’t seem to get out of no matter how hard you try. Or, in your relationship, there has been a break-down in communication and it feels like you’re no longer on the same team. I can help you find compassionate connection. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, negative self-talk, communication, and relationships.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Masters in Social Work from Georgia State University in 2014 and my B.S. in Psychology from Georgia College & State University in 2012. I have been trained in modalities to include mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, mindfulness-based self-compassion, ACT, and trauma-informed care. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator and trained in Level 1 of the Gottman Couples Therapy method. I approach the therapeutic relationship from a holistic perspective with a focus on mindfulness and self-compassion. Clients find me to be empathetic, encouraging, and easy to talk to. Going to therapy takes courage, and I honor this step you are willing to take for yourself and/or your relationship. I look forward to working with you on your therapeutic journey towards healing your whole self. I am currently accepting new clients and offer a free phone consultation.
