About My Clients
Mindful Moments offers therapy designed for women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond to help navigatie perimenopause, postmenopause, caregiving, empty nest, and midlife transitions. If you're experiencing anxiety, mood swings, sleep disruption, emotionally overwhelmed, or a sense of losing yourself during this stage of life — you're not alone, and you don't have to push through it alone.
My Background and Approach
I practice from a person-centered, humanistic foundation — which means you lead. I follow your pace, trust your wisdom, and create space for you to explore without judgment. I draw on a range of evidence-based tools as needed, but the heart of my work is relational: the connection between us is where healing happens. I believe the relationship between therapist and client is itself therapeutic. When you feel safe with someone, you can take risks, be honest, and sit with hard things. I invest deeply in our working relationship — not as a technique, but because I genuinely care about your growth and wellbeing.

I believe every person holds the capacity for change — even when it feels impossible. I don't hold the answers for your life, but I'll walk beside you as you find them. Growth isn't linear and it doesn't always look the way we expect, but with the right support, something new is always possible. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience walking alongside women through some of life's most profound transitions. My work is grounded in the belief that the relationship we build together is the foundation of real, lasting change. Above all, I want you to feel genuinely seen, heard, and safe.
