About My Clients

I work with individuals feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, helping them build a more fulfilling life. Whether facing anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, or life transitions, I offer a range of approaches, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, to help you find clarity, peace, and growth. If you’ve been seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and are ready to explore meaningful change, you’re likely a good fit for my practice. Let’s work together toward lasting transformation.

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, and life transitions. Over the years, I have trained in a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapies. I also provide Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for individuals struggling with treatment-resistant conditions. I quickly realized that mental health is not one-size-fits-all—what works for one person may not work for another. That’s why I integrate multiple modalities, tailoring treatment to each individual. If you’ve been feeling stuck, my flexible, collaborative approach can help you gain clarity, shift unhelpful patterns, and move toward meaningful change. My goal is to provide the tools and insight you need to build a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who you are.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As an immigrant and woman of color, I understand what it means to navigate spaces where you don’t always feel like you belong. This informs the way I show up for my clients—I know how deeply identity, culture, and lived experience shape mental health. I also approach therapy as part of my own personal and spiritual journey. My work allows me to practice my values of curiosity, growth, and compassion every day. I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” but about reconnecting with yourself, challenging limiting beliefs, and embracing the full complexity of who you are. My role is to walk alongside you in that process, creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward in your own way.
