About My Clients
I work with children (10 and up) and adults with a variety of concerns. Anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, parenting issues, couples/marriage counseling, gender identity, LGBTQIA+, borderline personality disorder, chronic illness (including HIV) and general stress management.
My Background and Approach
My approach tends to be solution focused, strength based and action oriented. Yes talking about feelings and processing them are important, and I want to give you tools to take home to help you manage all of those things when you leave the office.
