About My Clients
I support individuals and couples/relationships as they work through a range of challenges and life situations including: anxiety, life transitions, adjustment to college, existential exploration, illness, fertility treatments/ART, DCP/RP, adoption, parenting, and relationship/communication issues. I work with the LGBTQ+ community and provide gender-affirming support for transgender, non-binary, and gender diverse individuals. I am also a neurodiversity and neurodivergence affirming therapist.
My Background and Approach
I believe that people have the innate capacity to heal and change. We will work together to develop a deeper understanding of your life goals and perspectives, so that we can custom-tailor techniques to make your life most meaningful for you. We will work together toward resolving life challenges by identifying your personal strengths, coping strategies, and by helping you to see things in your life from a different lens. I exclusively offer tele-therapy (phone and video sessions for individuals, couples and families). I also offer extended sessions.
