Over the last 10 years, I have gained experience within the field by working in various levels of care and with a number of different populations. Presently I am working with substance use disorders and trauma, individuals who are navigating through mental health concerns as well; anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bipolar, etc. Covid related concerns, marital concerns, and children who are struggling with adapting and adjusting to present stressors.
My Background and Approach
My name is Tanya Goodman and I have been a therapist for the last 12 years. I am a licensed professional counselor, a certified addictions counselor, and have my master's degree in Counseling. I have training in complex trauma as well as trauma informed practices. Through my therapy sessions I utilize CBT, strength based, and motivational interviewing techniques.
