About My Clients
I work with adults navigating ADHD, depression, anxiety, new parenthood, and professional challenges. Many of my clients have found talk therapy lacking. I offer a solutions-focused approach where we can hone in on short-term goals to build momentum and realize longer term goals. I take a 360 approach to change: we'll look at your environment, systems, and strategies to identify what can be adjusted to help you function at your best. For many, this includes executive functioning skill-building.
My Background and Approach
I take a strengths-based, individualized approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s needs, preferences, and goals. My work integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and executive functioning skill-building to support both emotional insight and practical change. Before becoming a therapist, I practiced as an attorney in New York City. My own experiences with ADHD, burnout, and becoming a mother deepened my understanding of how internal and external pressures can impact well-being, and ultimately led me to pursue a more holistic, person-centered career. I bring a thoughtful, structured, and collaborative approach to therapy. My therapeutic style emphasizes self-understanding, skill-building, and meaningful, sustainable change. I work collaboratively with clients to explore whether a diagnosis is helpful, ensuring that it serves as a tool for insight rather than a limitation.
