About My Clients
Are you exhausted from being the person everyone else depends on? Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, changing expectations, or a season of life that feels nothing like you imagined. You may find yourself overthinking, struggling with boundaries, or putting everyone else first. If you’re ready to better understand yourself, quiet the noise, and create a life that feels more like your own, therapy can be a place to begin.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and focused on helping you understand yourself, not just manage your symptoms. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, practicing under the supervision of Casey Davids, LPC-S. I draw from person-centered therapy, CBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, and somatic interventions. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical tools you can use outside of session. I want you to leave therapy with more than insight. I want you to feel more confident understanding your needs, communicating them, and navigating life in a way that feels authentic to you. You don’t have to come into therapy knowing exactly what you need. We’ll figure that out together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that you deserve to feel comfortable being fully yourself in therapy. I don’t believe you have to have everything figured out before you start, and I don’t believe there is one right way to heal or grow. I believe that people are capable of change when they feel supported, understood, and ready to try something different. I also believe that therapy should be a place where you can laugh, be honest, ask questions, and talk about the things you may not feel comfortable sharing anywhere else. I value authenticity, compassion, curiosity, and creating genuine connection with the people I work with. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and finding the little things that make everyday life feel meaningful. I try to bring that same appreciation for the everyday moments into my work with clients.
