About My Clients

My clients are facing the unique challenges of navigating a strong family presence while nurturing their desire to unleash their independent voice. There’s a lot to juggle—family expectations, cultural traditions, and the pressures of modern society.

My Background and Approach

My therapeutic approach blends Emotion-Focused, Psychodynamic, and Somatic Breath-work to guide the release of repressed emotions stored in the body. We will address the stress, anxiety, and trauma of maneuvering a multicultural existence while healing your inner child and the wounds that have been developed through life’s changes.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am passionate about working with the BIPOC community by promoting solidarity and addressing the unique challenges faced by these communities in my work with my clients/
