I am a Stanford-trained Clinical Psychologist, offering parent-coaching intervention for caregivers of children with autism and/or anxiety.

Clinical Psychologist in Austell, GA

About My Clients

This collaborative work is for caregivers of neurodivergent children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 5-21) with autism and/or anxiety disorders (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Separation Anxiety etc.). I teach caregivers new strategies to break cycles of accommodation in order to decrease avoidance and increase independence. My services are ideal for caregivers of children who are resistant to the idea of therapy. This work may compliment your child's progress in individual therapy.

My Background and Approach

Prior to becoming a Psychologist, I served as a non-profit director, educator, and school administrator. I have over 10 years of experience serving diverse families and communities. My parent coaching work is grounded in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), a research-supported approach that helps caregivers reduce accommodation and support long-term independence. Unlike general psychotherapy, this service is a focused, parent-only intervention designed for a diverse range of caregivers and family structures.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths based. I am committed to helping parents feel more confident, supported, and equipped as they navigate anxiety and caregiving. All services are autism-affirming, grounded in respect for neurodiversity, and tailored to each family’s values and goals. I also integrate an understanding of intersectional identities, knowledge of identity-based trauma, and my own personal experience as a neurodiverse individual.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
