About My Clients
I am fortunate to work with individuals navigating life transitions such as mid-late adolescence, adulthood, parenthood, midlife, the empty nest years, and becoming caregivers for aging parents. As a mother of young adults, I have a personal and clinical understanding of the unique challenges that arise as children grow into adulthood. This includes supporting parents as they navigate the evolving parent-child relationship and adjust to the new dynamics as their children gain independence.
My Background and Approach
Extensive experience supporting parents of children with disabilities and hearing loss allows me to guide parents as they navigate health and educational supports such as Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans. My approach is grounded in the belief that experiences can shape us but do not define us. As a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and community member, I recognize the importance of a balanced and connected life. I incorporate these values in my professional work, offering support, guidance, empathy, and empowerment to individuals navigating life’s challenges. Overall, I strive to help individuals move toward greater mental health, emotional resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
