My Background and Approach
Hi, I’m Tania. After having my own difficulties with my mental health years ago, I was inspired to make it my life goal to care for others as I can relate to their experiences. You are not alone. I understand that any form of mental or emotional struggle can negatively impact your life, and the lives of the ones you love. I will treat you with compassion and will always be devoted to your wellness. I am also very reliable and quite responsive to my patients. I treat a wide range of diagnoses including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD, among others. My platform offers easy-to-use virtual appointments. This means you can access your appointment from anywhere you take your computer, smartphone, or tablet. You can self-book your consultation and your own appointments. I make it all easy for you so that you can focus on your wellness.
